True healing is a rite of passage that honors the whole human being and the dynamic interplay of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of self. Our workshops, trainings, programs, and other powerful tools embrace a nurturing and holistic approach framed by Indigenous ways of knowing, which centers a relational worldview and interconnectedness with nature to lead individuals and communities through transformative and heart-centered healing. We do this though teaching, training, mentoring, and capacity-building.
